Welcome!

I started this blog to catalog and share my notes on teaching a computer how to fly. Two years ago I became very interested in UAVs, specifically quadrotors. I've always been interested in flight and artificiality intelligence, however my biggest passion has always been mathematics. As it turns out: building a UAV combines all three.

So I've been making a quadrotor from scratch rather than just buying one. This way I am forced to learn more, which in turn keeps me motivated. Indeed it worked, because after two years I am more interested than ever. Hopefully this passion of mine will resonate with you as you read and help you get closer to the answers you're looking for.
